General Information
The goals for the Southeast Gateway Line LPA project include:

Support Local and Regional Land Use plans and Policies
Minimize Environmental Impacts
Improve Cost Effectiveness and Financial Feasibility
Promote Equity
The Southeast Gateway Line will serve the communities of Artesia, Cerritos, Bellflower, Paramount, Downey, South Gate, Cudahy, Bell, Huntington Park, Vernon, the Florence-Graham community and downtown Los Angeles. It will increase mobility and connectivity for historically underserved communities, improving the local and regional transportation network to accommodate future employment and population growth.
