Sully – Miller was founded by George W. Sully and Earl B. Miller in 1923 with only five highway employees, one asphalt plant and a team of mules. By 1998, Colas USA acquired Sully-Miller Contracting, which consists of: Sully-Miller Contracting, United Rock, and Blue Diamond Materials.
Sully-Miller Contracting is a highly capable partner, taking the reins of standard and complex civil projects by providing the following services:
Grading, Underground Utilities, Traffic Control, Asphalt and Concrete Paving, Concrete Structures
